Markets

Airlie Beach hosts a weekly foreshore market every Saturday morning from 7am till 1pm.

There are lots of fresh fruit and vegetable sellers, fresh food and coffee for breakfast, clothes, souvenirs and much much more. If you have time and happen to be in Airlie on a Saturday morning, it’s well worth a visit.

The markets are held on the Esplanade, at the end of the Main Street, near the sailing club.

Swim in the Lagoon

Got a day to spend in Airlie Beach? Pack a day bag with swimmers and a towel and head into the centre of Airlie Beach for a swim at the free public swimming lagoon.

Set right on the waterfront, adjacent to the Main Street, you can go for a swim and cool off.

There are lots of cafes, takeaways and restaurants nearby, so when you get peckish go for a stroll and grab a bite to eat.
